Katie Geffken, founder of Collective Property Consultants, has been named a Washingtonian Top Agent in 2021!

If you know the DC area, you know the Washingtonian– an iconic monthly magazine that reports on lifestyle, culture, and business in the Washington, DC area.

Every year, the Washingtonian identifies top producing agents in the region – combing through nearly 2000 agents to identify those on top. As of July 2021, our very own Katie Geffken has made the cut! You can find her featured in the Washingtonian as one of the best real estate agents and top producers in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC.

Here’s what Katie had to say about this noteworthy accomplishment:

“In real estate, the biggest “award” I ever get is a referral from a past client. This last year was a tough one for many of us, so it’s an extraordinary honor that so many of my friends and clients referred me to their loved ones in 2020. What a thrill to be recognized for that work by the Washingtonian! I feel so lucky to get to do what I do.”

Katie is known for her dedication to clients and her attentiveness to their needs. A true entrepreneur, she left a successful career in marketing because she wanted to make more of an impact on the world. After founding Biker Barre– a successful fitness studio and neighborhood institution on Capitol Hill– Katie set her eyes on real estate as a way to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
