A Realtor® licensed in Maryland, DC, and Virginia, Chelsea is an avid gardener who is passionate about native plants and sustainable landscaping (think: no mowing and little watering) and is eager to share her expertise with others. An active member of her Cheverly community where she has lived for nearly 20 years, she co-founded the Cheverly Native Planting Project and serves on the board of the Cheverly Community Market, a bimonthly farmer’s market that runs May to December and features some of her favorite foods.
A recovering Senate staffer, climate change crusader, yogi, and writer of a non-fiction book, Glacial: The Untold Story of Climate Politics, Chelsea has spent three decades living and working in the DC metro area, honing a set of skills that are very applicable to real estate. The mother of two fully formed adults and two very engaging cats, Chelsea loves helping her clients find just what they need.
